You know buying the truck is the easy part. I love my Ford 150. Now service sometimes can be a pain in the neck. I never have found this at Zimmermann. Why, because of Herb in service. He knows who I am from coming in and he always makes me feel welcome. Whatever he tells me, is what happens. I trust his judgement and also the mechanics who work on both my trucks. I actually leave feeling damn good about the service and the attention given to my truck when there.

Amy, Thanks again for the ride back to the dealership. Sometimes the simplest things make the biggest difference in people's lives and the ride was one of those things. I could not have picked up the car till the weekend otherwise. The whole Zimmerman Ford family has been extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and above all kind to me and my family. I have only dealt with the service and parts end of things, but I am very grateful to have been treated as if I were one of the family. Currently I have to make older cars our daily drivers. As you know that can be expensive sometimes. Your service department and Herb and Greg and others have been helpful with their suggestions and have been quick to give me the correct information I have needed to make decisions on my car repairs. I have had experience with other dealer's service departments and cannot say that they give the same feeling of welcome, and trust that I get at Zimmerman. I have recommended people to you because of your honest and helpful service department. The new coffee machine was a nice touch. When I am able to purchase a brand new car I will most certainly come to Zimmerman Ford to see their Mustangs, and Lincolns.
